Fire Clean Up

Thank you for choosing ServiceMaster by Cox, we understand experiencing any sort of fire loss is difficult. However, we do recommend not trying any "Do-It-Yourself" cleaning methods without consulting your restoration technician. Touching surfaces covered in soot can actually permantly set the soot.

It is our goal to restore your property as quickly & efficiently as possible. Seeing as how each fire or smoke loss is unique, it depends on the source, size & nature of the loss; the cleaning may take several phases before it is done.

When cleaning, we try to restore your property back to pre-loss condition. Seeing as how we may not be able to restore all your property we will advise you and your insurance claim representative and explain what we can and can not restore.

The assessment of the loss will include a thorough visual inspection with photo documentation to determine the extent of the damage.

ServiceMaster by Cox technicians will pack out your personal belongings for cleaning and storage until we have cleaned your property structure and it has been repaired.
