4. Drying – While most of the water will be removed during extraction, some water may be left behind.  We use high volume air movers to cause the water to evaporate.

1. Vacuum or sweep regularly to remove dirt or grit.
2. Remove spills promptly using a clean, dry cloth and clean residual from spill with a hard surface cleaner.
3. Use felt protectors under heavy pieces or furniture and chairs.
4. Cleaners should never contain acids or ammonia.  Acids can damage the grout and the glazed surface of the tile and ammonia can discolor the grout.
5. Protect your floor when using a dolly to move furniture or appliances.  Never slide or roll heavy furniture or appliances across the floor.
